What I liked

Horrible experience after booking in where everybody waiting can hear you are just left until someone can see you. At least under the old system you saw a triage nurse who would assess how nurgent your case was. My 14v year old daughter was left in agony for 3 hours before being examined in the door to the waiting room, only to be asked why she hadn't been seen yet! Staff were totally overwhelmed by amount of people there and treatment was very poor compared to places like Kettering Hospital.

I've now been told the temporary cast that shouls only stay on for 2 days will ahve to remain for over two weeks as they are too busy! Oh, and apparently I can't ask to take my daughter elsewhere.

What could be improved

I would only go back here if I was unconsious!
