"Haematology department"

About: Manor Hospital

Had to visit on Friday 15/02/2019 for blood tests was nervous as at my doctors the procedure was very painful.

The nurse was very kind and reassuring and I never felt more than a sharp scratch no bruising either the next day.

I went upstairs to the clinic and after only a short wait was met in person by the doctor he was wonderful.

Spoke directly to me examined me throughly and took my history and had my blood tests there.

I was treated so well and want to give a positive review as so many times people only bother to come on here to complain.

Thank you for your feedback and for your kind words of appreciation. Attending the hospital can be a worrying experience for many people and I am pleased the staff you met provided the appropriate level of reassurance.

I hope you are feeling a little better.

Regards
