"Thank You!"

About: Manchester Royal Infirmary

Although a&e waiting room was very busy (every seat taken) I didn't wait too long to be seen by triage (approx 50-mins) I found the triage nurse and then doctor extremely professional and understanding. I can't praise them both enough for the care and treatment I received. I attended a&e due to an injury caused as a result of deterioration in mental health. I didn't feel judged or patronised, as has been the case in the past. Thank you MRI a&e doc and triage nurse (13/02/19) you both turned a difficult and highly stressful situation for me into a less traumatic experience. For that I will be forever thankful.

Thank you for your positive comments posted on the NHS website regarding your care at the Accident & Emergency Department, Manchester Royal Infirmary. It was very kind of you to take the time to write and compliment the staff as it is good to receive positive feedback which reflects their hard work and dedication. It was reassuring to read that you thought the nurse and doctor who treated you were extremely professional and understanding. I can assure you that we have passed on your thoughts to the Head of Nursing who will share your feedback with the staff involved.
