What I liked
The friendliness of the staff and clear information about was going to happen.
The consultant sent a letter after the appointment clearly stating what would happen in the operation.
I was treated with respect and kindness throughout the procedure and had a very successful operation.
I would like to congratulate the department, for making my short stay at the hospital less anxious and a would recommend anyone to consider them.
What could be improved
The first point of contact when arriving for the operation was dismissive
And I was not given information as to their procedure of admittance.
Anything else?
The whole environment at the hospital was clean, friendly on the whole, but a bit of a maze to find the right dept.
