Last week I was feeling really unwell for 3 weeks with an incredible headache for last 2 days.

Eventually I was told it was probably hypertension from BP tests at Chadwell surgery. (Perhaps I should have seen a doctor immediately after those tests as my BP was still very high and we had to call NHS Direct that night?)

The HCA kindly arranged a 24 hour BP monitoring test for 18th February, again very appreciated.

Felt very unwell next morning so we phoned again to get a doctors phone call, the doctor phoned me and arranged a home visit as I am a wheelchair user and I felt so unwell. In my view he went beyond the extra mile, reassuring, confirming diagnosis, arranging further tests, prescribing medication and arranging todays appointment about those tests.

Today was just as good at the Dillip Sabnis centre, the receptionists were friendly and smiling (makes a great impression, thank you!)

The doctor was excellent today, arranging more tests I need and was very reassuring (again it means a lot, thank you!)

Change takes time and overall the group is improving and getting there. Thank you again to all involved, you kindness and professionalism is really appreciated.
