"ENT booking team"

About: Musgrove Park Hospital (Taunton)

I phoned the booking team and spoke with a member of the team. She was very unprofessional, rude and hung up on me simply for asking questions. My daughter has been on the waiting list for 4 months and this reduced me to tears
