(as a service user),

I recently attended the eye clinic at Falkirk Hospital to have a patch lens put in my eye. Although the clinic was extremely busy I was seen on time by staff who were cheerful and caring. Having any treatment can be stressful but the staff do all they can to put people at their ease and make the appointment as pleasant as possible.
