"Long waiting list and my operation didn’t go well"

I had my second ear operation on the 31 /12/18 in the day surgery before I left day after they told me we will book you on two weeks time to come back and take off anything left inside your ears and check if everything it ok . So two weeks gone and no sing of the appointment I have to call them anyway I discovered that my ears discharge some infection and I called just before end of January to report it because it urgent they say sorry we very busy so we book you on April for me the system not fare for everyone thanks
