About: Sentinel Healthcare Southwest Community Interest Company / Shoulders, Knees & Feet (muscles & bones)

(as the patient),

Dr Giles was very friendly and easy yo talk to. He listened to the problems I am having with my knee and made me feel valued.

I have confidence in his diagnosis and agreed to physiotherapy before taking invasive action.

All the staff appeared friendly and helpful and the building was very clean. Parking was also good and compared to other hospitals a nice change.

Many thanks for the care given to me this morning.
