"A small op"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Dermatology

(as a service user),

I had a small wart removed from my back by Pamela who was ably assisted by Lauriann with a bit little bit of light humour added by David lol. All of them were very caring, competent, gentle and reassuring. I could not have received better treatment. They do a fantastic job. I was given good after advice for my treatment. I am recovering very well and more than happy with the service I received.

It is great you appreciated the teamwork involved in your visit, and I am delighted everything seems to be going as planned.

I shall ensure Pamela and Lauriann know how you felt.

Now you have the "calendar girl" song in my head and it can't be shifted!
