Where do I start; A consultant performed a private septoplasty on myself, to which I was very pleased with the care then in 2017.

Last year; I suffered with a sore throat from September - December, after countless drs visits, not getting anywhere I thought I’ll turn to the expert & pay (worth every penny) to see the same consultant.

The consultant always polite, actually found a problem with my lingual tonsils, to which he suggested an MRI, in the process of the wait for that, I suffer with health anxiety which doesn’t help, he was very much there for me, to really try and reassure me as he knew just how anxious I was.

He called me too to give me my results- normal! And I was so relieved.

Honestly; I cannot thank him enough, if you want 5* service with empathy if you get anxious about these things like me, he is brilliant.

I can’t thank you enough, best ENT dr you could see.
