"Apalling care"

About: Derriford Hospital

From the time our mother was admitted in A and E to the time she was discharged 3 week later the care on burrator ward was apalling .she rapidly went downhill basic care like washing her and brushing her teeth every day was not done!she fell at one time with my of her daughters present and it took bout 15 minutes for someone to come to her aid!on her discharge she was sent home in her nighty only no coat or dressing gown even though her daughter had put her clothes out on chair the previous nite.this is unexceptable when the weather outside is cold.very poor care overall.U wouldn’t think it 20 century!!
