"I felt I was in the best care in the world"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I had a hysteroscopy as a day patient, under general anaesthetic.

From the moment I arrived, till I left, I felt I was in the best care in the world.

The nurses were friendly, helpful and caring; the doctor was wonderful;  the anaesthetists explained everything they were doing.

The ward was clean, bright looking, the blanket looked new.

Everything was explained to me in clear terms that I could understand.

The water in the water jug was cold (lovely!) and the tea and toast were very welcome.

ALL staff were great!
