I had a hip replacement and I am very happy 😊

Staff cannot do enough for you.

Nurses were all very attentive.

I was extremely worried about having my hip replacement but from entering the ward to going home everyone played a part in making me feel ok.

I did not think the food was acceptable so only ate sandwiches, but the ladies who bought the food to you were very pleasant.

My only big problem was to do with the heating system above my room, it kept me awake every night and I was exhausted by the end of my stay.

So all in all very happy apart from heating system, I hope this gets sorted out as when you are recovering you need your rest. And this was not the case !!!

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on your recent experience.

It was lovely to hear about all the positive experiences you had and that you were happy with the care and attention we provided.

I note your comment regarding the heating system and that this kept you awake. Please accept our apologies for this. There was a short term fault with the motors that power the system and new parts were required. These have been fitted and the problem has been rectified.

I am concerned to hear that you found the food unacceptable and would like the opportunity of discussing this further with you. If you would be willing to have this discussion, do please contact me.
