"Waste of time"

How this centre is still open is beyond me. I received a phone call before christmas and a voicemail was left to say they had received a referral and to give them a call baqck. This was at a time I was quite ill and in hospital and didnt know of the call until i returned home 2 weeks later. I spoke to the receptionist and explained why I hadnt called back due to illness and was told someone would ring me back.

I waited another 2 weeks and no call back. I rung again, got told the same we will send email and someone will call you back.

Still no call and in meantime my mental health is deteroiating. I went to healthy minds to try and get help from them and they agreed greenfields was best place to be. They have even contacted greenfields direct, my own gp has contacted them direct and still no contact from Greenfields.

No wonder sadly people get worse in meantime and some not even making their first appointment as they take desparate measures. Where is the help when you need it.

Ive been through PALS and you get nowhere with them. All Pals does is contact Greenfields and ask them to get in touch thats it.
