(as the patient),

Please pass on my gratitude to all the staff on ward 106 in the royal..staff nurse cara & all the other staff. I have cerebral palsy & use an electric wheelchair or am in bed. A lot of medical people automatically talk down to someone like me and don’t take time to understand what I’m trying to say. Cara and all the nurses were so lovely and the treatment I got was first class. I never want to go into hospital but the staff in 106 really do make it bearable
