Great course - about the right mix of video and group chat. Very respectful and open to ideas and suggestions.

Course has really helped calm family down and stop behaviours. She is much nicer and happier as a child and improving at school.

Its great to read that the 123 magic course has supported you to make some changes at home, its not always easy to do, so well done.

Pleased to read that the course contents were about the right mix and that it felt respectful and open, I know that the workers work really hard to get this right and do take on feedback that families make.
