About: Stroud General Hospital

Today I have experienced the NHS at it's best. Thank you.

I was nervous about visiting the Endoscopy Unit, however, the level of personal care by true professionals made the procedure as pleasant as possible.

Everything was fully explained and I knew the level of risk. The treatment was performed with the knowledge of stopping at anytime or pain relief on offer.

Very clear feedback and next steps were given, also the action to be taken if any symptoms were experienced.

All ares were clean and tidy and I felt very safe at all time.

The team needs to be commended.
