"PLEASLEY SURGERY - EXCELLENT SERVICE"

I think this surgery is outstanding in all areas.I make this statement based on the following:

I woke up with a painful eye which looked red and inflamed. I have to be careful with my condition and any infections. I immediately rang the doctor's surgery and it was answered promptly by a receptionist who was very polite and helpful.

I was given an appointment for the same day to see the doctor. When I arrived at the surgery I was greeted with a smile and my appointment was on time.

My doctor listened effectively and we agreed a plan of action.

He gave me the confidence to make a decision regarding my treatment.

I also asked to be referred for a hearing test and this was dealt with, after the consultation, by one of the receptionists.

I am very lucky to have such an excellent service from Pleasley Surgery.
