"Terrible doctors, don't register here"

You can rarely make appointments in advance, I always get told to ring 'on the day'. When I ring on the day getting through 3 minutes after they open, all the appointments are gone, basically I'm part of a gp surgery I can't go to.

The last doctor I saw here told me IBS was a mental condition, nothing helps it and to ignore it. I also got told I did not have a water infection, however went to the RVI on call GP service due to being in pain and was told I did in fact need antibiotics and they're not sure how that was missed. To add I have also had a doctor Google what I was telling him I thought I had and ask me how to spell it... I understand they are human and are not going to know everything but I felt this was inappropriate and it was a simple condition that most have heard of. I have never came out feeling comforted or better, just confused and ignored. If there is a choice of gp practice, I reccomend going elsewhere.
