Great service - it was more like chatting to an old mate rather than a medical appointment!

I was treated with the minimum fuss but the problem was diagnosed accurately and treatment has improved my problem beyond belief.

What a pity that, after all the good work that has been done to improve the NHS, the reforms seem like they are going to wreck it and put profits first, leading to poor conditions for both staff and patients. I can't get over it.
