From the moment picked up by Paramedics from home to discharge I was treated with compassion & was kept informed of the intended treatment plan by all departments I spent time in.

Fell and broke

Head of Femur which resulted in Dynamic Hip Surgery (DHS) , operation was explained along with anathestic approach which allowed any questions to be asked.

Operation conducted with recovery in a couple of wards due to lack of bed space which personally was not a problem before arriving on Orthopaedics ward where all treatment & support was good even in a very busy environment. Physio was commenced straight after Operation by couple of guys who gave you confidence to push yourself daily which has paid dividends once you are discharged.
