"Surprise cataract removal"

I attended for a pre-operative assessment for cataract removal expecting to wait a few more weeks. However, owing to a cancellation, I was offered the operation that same afternoon. I had no hesitation in accepting the offer and the operation was performed expertly and carefully by my consultant with excellent results. I have been attending the Royle eye department for a number of years with Ocular Hypertension and am extremely satisfied with all the help and treatment I have received.
