"Lincoln A&E Terrible service"

8.10pm called 111 who after doing an over the phone assessment told my daughter ambulance on its way.

10.00pm still no ambulance so my daughter got a taxi to Lincoln A&E.

10.20pm all checked in told to sit and wait

11.30pm an assessment given and some pain killers given due to the amount of pain my daughter was in and told bloods and urine needed to be taken please wait.

4.20am finally taken through for tests and a diagnosis of a bad kidney infection.

A&E staff are rude not interested and quite honestly this department is failing this hospital. My daughter is in Lincoln alone at university and was very poorly. The length of time you have to wait is disgusting!!!
