"Eye appointment"

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)

I had an an appointment at 9.40am on Thursday 7th Feb 2019.

I was kept waiting until around 10.20 am. But I wasn't surprised by this given it is the NHS and it was busy.

However the treatment was good - being seen first by a nurse and then two opthamologists.

The lady doctor was very approachable and answered my questions without me feeling I was being particularly rushed.

I felt she'd done a good job checking my eye condition.

But - the hospital itself is an absolute nightmare!!!

If you've never been there before (I hadn't) the signposting is very poor. There are a multitude of carparks it seems - all chargeable obviously.

So it aint easy navigating yourself around the place.

And getting out was even worse.

Took around half an hour to vacate the premises.

But - as I said - the treatment was very good
