"Appalling service"

Called on the 14 feb, to get an appointment for my daughter, couldn’t get through left a message, nobody contacted me back, I called the day after only to be met with a rude receptionist I told her what the issue was then she said I will need to call you back to see if my daughter is allowed an appointment. I Protested and asked why and she told me, I should take my daughter to urgent care even though it’s not an urgent care matter! I told her the service is terrible, then she hung on me with out booking an appoinment for my daughter and now they are ignoring my calls. It’s not the first time this has happened.. I find it frustrating and rude the fact I can’t get past the bad mannered receptionist to make an appointment.
