"Terrible service"

Terrible service no one ever answer the phone when you call I have serve depression for years and I've been told that I need computer therapy or to go back to my GP I have told them I don't like using my computer as I find it hard and they said try as this is the first treatment they can offer me because I haven't had therapy before absolutely horrified

Healthy Minds offer different forms of CBT, one of which is an electronic form of CBT (cCBT). This would only have been advised for a patient if this was the most appropriate treatment option for them which is based upon the initial assessment that would have been completed with them. Any decisions about treatment options are discussed by the staff member who completed the assessment with a senior clinician and agreed. If a person is unable to access the cCBT programme then alternate options would be considered. Other forms of CBT we offer include group courses/workshops or one to one CBT over the phone or in person. As a result of this feedback the service manager will ensure that staff are explaining the rationale for the form of CBT offered.
