"Broken and displacement of left wrist"

About: Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital

I arrived in A&E after falling backwards of a stool whist putting the Christmas decorations away in the cupboard, I was in considerable pain, so much so, I couldn't speak, although there was a lot of people waiting, I was seen very quickly by the triage nurse, I was then sent to the X-ray department, I was told that not only I had broken my wrist but displaced it too, the lovely nurse practitioner advised me to have the wrist pulled back into place, I was very frightened of being in more pain, she was so kind in reassuring me that I will be okay, after the pulling of my wrist, I had another X-ray, I was very kindly shown my X-rays, to which I found very Interesting, I was so appreciative of the wonderful compassion and service I received, both in A&E and the Fracture department. I simply can't thank you all enough, so proud our NHS
