"Not a very good service when GP is running late."

About: Charnwood Medical Group

Booked an appt on the day, asked for a longer appt because I had two problems to discuss, I was assured by the receptionist that this is OK. I waited 40min because the GP was late,

I discussed one problem, I felt a bit rushed and when I was about to speak about my other problem the GP said that there is no time because she is running very late and I have to make another appt.

I only come to the GP if I have a problem I can't sort out myself, usually once or twice in a year, I have to take time off work so it's not right that I can't discuss my problems on a longer appt that I booked in a first place because of the Gp running late. Not a very good service.

It would be very helpful if I could get some more information from you including your name and the date and time of your appointment to allow me to investigate further and provide you with a full explanation.
