",lack compassion alway too busy to listen"

About: Lee House Surgery

I was Made to feel as though they are too busy for the elderly, to a point when their patient was dying and as they had already been to see them once that week, as in my case with my mother, did not want to come out again that week and at one point it was suggested she had a UTI ! (she died 3 days later)

The daffodil standard should be used.

End of life medication should be left behind and family informed.

Its a difficult time for the family and not get the feeling that its a waste of time.

The experience has scarred me for life, they are dealing with people not numbers, yes its a business but, compassion and understanding should be the foremost importance.

coordination between themselves, hospitals and macmillan nurses and the patient should be their number one aim.
