I had an appointment at the ENT clinic this morning
A friendly face was there to help you with your automated check in. Th doctor I saw was welcoming and friendly. She listened to all my symptoms, gave me a thorough examination and gave me the clear. Nothing was too much for her. She evenhelped me with my coat when I was leaving.
Full marks for efficiency and friendliness.
