"The Sentinel waiting time needs to be cut down"

My husband and I would like something done about the length of time it takes to get an appointment at the Royal Eye Infirmary. I always have to chase them, and often have my appointments cancelled by them. The waiting time needs to be cut down.

We were concerned to read of your experience with regards to cancelled appointments and we would not expect you to have experienced the delays you described at the Royal Eye Infirmary. Sentinel would like to use Patient Opinion to respond and say we are not responsible for the waiting times for clinics within Plymouth Hospitals Trust, but we would like to investigate and take this matter further on your behalf.
