"Today's treatment"

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the treatment i received today at the William Harvey. Due to the nature of my condition I was seen at a day's notice and informed of the reasons for my treatment and the planned scheduling for seeing my consultant, followed by a MRI Scan. The treatment was completed in the timeframe discussed on the phone call i had received the previous day. All the staff i came into contact with today treated me with great attention to detail, care and respect and i left the hospital with a better understanding of my condition and a great sense of relief. It is very easy to criticise the NHS at this moment in time, but i believe the current plight befalling this cherished establishment, lies firmly with the current government.
