About: University Hospital Ayr / Combined Assessment Unit (CAU)

(as the patient),

Visited the Rapid Assessment. Was seen by ENP Madigan who referred me on -Paula was very kind and helpful.  

Was then seen by Dr. Roomi who was very patient and professional.  Thank you to ENP Madigan and Dr. Roomi and also to Gemma (don't know her last name) who took bloods from me and was so good I didn't even notice she was taking blood.

The service is absolutely brilliant thanks so much.
