I handed a set of forms in on the 7th January I was told by the lady on the reciption desk that it should not take more than 10 working days. I went back and I was told that they had not been done and that it could upto 3 weeks. I went back the following week and was told that nothing had been done, and the doctor wasn’t in and they couldnt trace the forms in order for another doctor to fill them in. I had a second lot of form sent to me and gave them to the receptionist. I was told it was marked an urgent matter and that it shouldn’t take longer than a week, I went back and was told that because I had only handed them in the previous week it would take upto 3 weeks. Each time I have gone in I have been told that the doctor is not in which in their website states she works them days.
I think it is a disgrace that the information in which they are telling me changes on a visit by visit basis. And they do not care that these forms not being signed could result in me not gaining a job in the army.
"Taken over a month to sign a form for army."
