(as a service user),

Referred by my GP following traces of blood in urine.  

From booking in at reception to treatment the service was slick, on time and very professional.  Ultrasound staff were cheery and made me feel relaxed from the minute I stepped through the door.

Dr/Mr Taylor and his staff in the Ambulatory Unit were excellent and made me feel at ease and comfortable in a very difficult personal time.
