I have been out of work since December 2017  due to Ill health, I suffer badly with Arthritis and this meant I found working in care was no longer an option at the time. Due to this I suffered with depression as finding work became difficult. and the longer out of work I was the harder it felt to get back in, I didn't have any confidence searching for jobs online or using much IT equipment also. 

Since being on the Working Win service, my confidence has been increased as I have managed to find employment with the support I have received . My coach has helped me in applying for jobs via email, with my CV and also sorting out documents for when I started my new role. It has been very personalised.

With my new found confidence I have put myself onto many courses such as retail and IT.  Now over time as my health has improved I felt ready to return to work and received great support which I am grateful for.

It is so good to hear that our Working Win service has helped you with your confidence and that you have been able to build on this so successfully.
