"Staff not comprehending my condition, and not..."

About: Warrington Hospital

Anything else?

As I am badly crippled, an incomplete quadraplegic. I was not able to attend to my general wellbeing. I found most of the staff not understanding my condition and came out in a bad state of health. Where as prior to my illness (ie. chest problems) I was relatively healthy and able to look after myself. After my care? I now have a pressure sore and problems with my penis whereupon I now have careworkers and the district nurses calling on a daily basis.

Thank you for leaving your feedback and we are sorry to hear your comments about a negative experience.

In order for us to look into this we would ask you to provide some more infomration to us via our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) -the direct e-mail is PALS@whh.nhs.uk. It's only by knowing the details that we can look into your care and make improvements to the service which is something we always strive to do when we receive feedback from our patients.
