"Credit to the NHS"

I don't usually write reviews however on this occasion i felt the need as the staff deserve some recognition.

I was blown away with the care I received and I would like to sincerely thank all staff who took care of me.

I attended the endoscopy day unit on Sunday the 10th of February for a colonoscopy.

From the moment I arrived I was treated with the utmost care, respect and dignity. This instantly lowered my anxiety and I felt at at ease throughout the whole experience.

The lovely doctors and nurses who carried out the procedure were amazing and they talked to me throughout which helped so much.

In recovery I was greeted by two lovely nurses who were down to earth.

The two nurses are a credit to the NHS and I can honestly say they are best I have ever dealt with. They were professional, compassionate and caring and they also had me laughing for the whole duration I was there.

I am truly grateful to everyone who cared for on the endoscopy unit, Thank you.
