"Difficult to be referred"

About: Fartown Health Centre

I wanted to be referred to the breathing clinic and it was a struggle.

Despite my GP referring me 3 times to the clinic I still have not been seen. It's taken over 5 months but I am still persevering as my breathing is quite bad and I have had to make multiple calls to be told the breathing clinic won't process my referral or sometimes I am told the referral has not be received.

A lot of inconsistencies in stories from the reception team but it's the only option for people with copd so I would advise people not to give up when being referred here as its a struggle just like my breathing and don't loose your humour or its downhill from there.
