"Relaxed"

I was rushed to royal stoke hospital I an ambulance on 9/2/19 with chest pain to CCU. Still here on 11/2/19 (9.26am). Since I have stepped foot in this hospital, everyone has been polite, caring and professional. Even had a laugh and joke here and there. Would have given 5* for everything but there is just 1 nurse with an attitude. Never seen her smile and not very friendly at all (there’s always 1 that will spoil it for everyone else). But overall it was a very scary time for me and my family and I couldn’t have gone to a better place than here. All the tests were done straight away. I had a diagnosis within an hour of being here, which was a relief. Before I go lots of love and best wishes to the breakfast team, cleaners. And the night staff on Saturday night (best team). Thank you for everything.
