This was my second visit to NHS Grampian pre assessment clinic, I was greeted at reception by a very friendly and helpful lady who took my forms and asked me to take a seat in the waiting area. I was then met by the same nurse as I had on my first visit, this lady was very experienced in her profession. I was immediately put at ease and the conversation flowed, there was never a question that could not be answered, or a procedure explained fully. All paperwork and tests were carried out professionally and in a timely manner which again was very much appreciated as it put you at ease.
I was then handed over to a second nurse who went through more paperwork, which was asking more in depth questions ,procedures had to be carried out again this nurse put you completely at ease and the questionnaire was completed in a timely manner. All procedures again were carried out very professionally and this was very much appreciated. The level of care and the time taken to explain either a procedure, completing that procedure or completing all the forms was very much appreciated. The professionalism shown by these two ladies was just Fantastic. These two ladies are obviously very experienced and take the time to assess who they are dealing with and the best way forward, the level of experience and expertise shown was exceptional.
"Exceptional expertise & experience"
