What I liked

I went in for an adult tonsillectomy. I was originally booked in at Northampton General, but I had to rearrange and was given an appointment at Danetre. I was somewhat dubious at first, given its size, but looking back, I wouldn't have wanted to be treated anywhere else. All of the staff were very friendly and helped to put me at ease. The hospital facilities were very good and everything was spotless. The standard of care I receive was second to none and I had a very swift recover with no complications, and relatively little pain - thanks in no small part to the expertise of the clinical team and subsequent pain management.

What could be improved

Nothing comes to mind - a credit to the NHS.
