(as a relative),

I accompanied my Mum to an out of hours appointment at Victoria Hospital on  Saturday evening where we met with such a helpful GP, who was so thorough and gave my Mum a full check up. The GP was very kind, friendly and helpful and my Mum and I were so reassured and happy with the brilliant care she received. Thank you!

Thank you for taking the time to advise us of your positive experience. It is great to hear that the care your mum received reassured you both and that you feel it was brilliant. We do hope her symptoms are improving and she is now in full health.
