From the start to the finish of my treatment I felt I was treated with care, concern and dignity.The pre assessment team were very thorough,polite and caring a lady looked after me and was very thorough and efficient .
The day care surgery was very thorough from checking in,everything was explained.
The theatre staff ,anaesthesis were very polite, happy and caring.
After care on the ward was excellent, although the staff were really busy nothing was too much trouble.Again staff were very efficient , kind,caring and friendly.Everthing was explained clearly.
