"good clean safe hospital but some doctor need more..."

What I liked

i like the way the consultant urologist talking to me about the pro and con of the operation and she is so friendly that i feel very happy to let her do the operation .also i can tell her some personal issue which she gave me very good advice.she done very remarkable repair which i can`t find any visble scar at all ! and the clinical nurse practitioner are wonderful and friendly

the Anaesthetics are friendly and chatting.

the nurse and doctor at the Imaging department are very friendly and helpful.

hosptial itself are very clean. ward are very clean and very quiet at night .the ward nurse are friendly and helpful.

What could be improved

other day i went back to have a check up this time the experience i have is opposite the one i have above the registrar which i saw he seen to be cold hearted and doesn`t care what patients feelings ie:no emotional or psychological support even i tell him some of my personal issue . i think some doctor need to have more bedside manner training like emotional and psychological support because one day they will see doctor themself .
