Arrived here at 1845hrs after DMC Balmoral failed to deliver a service (yet again)!
Have to say, despite the 5 hour wait to seek medical attention, the actual medical staff were fantastic.
Shame then, that the whole experience, was let down by the ignorance of the receptionist at the GP Unit that we eventually landed up in!
Message to one particular clerk - it's never a good move to welcome someone who is in pain with such rudeness! Also, please remember, you are the shop window of your organisation. Therefore, it's probably best if you don't stuff your face, swig from a bottle and continually read your phone, whilst dealing with the public!
Also Medway - despite the above, you have come a long way since my last regretful experience. So, loose the markings on the floor and pole that you have to stand at until called by said rude receptionist! It's so Draconian!
