"Dissatisfied"

About: Royal Free Hospital

I attend the dermatology clinic every three months where I get a three months prescription for my psoriasis. Recently they have cancelled my appointments and that means I cannot get a prescription. I was given a phone number by the dermatology clinic to ring, unfortunately the number either is busy or nobody answers it. What are you supposed to do?

No very happy.
