(as a relative),

My mother has used this service on several occasions. Staff are always pleasant and professional. They make my mum feel at ease.  This is a fantastic service enabling my mum to remain at home and not scared to voice her opinion. She knows that if able they will look after her at home and only when necessary she will be admitted to hospital.  I would like to thank all the staff for the care and attention they give to my mum at a scary time of life.

Thanks you so much for taking the time to share your experience of the Hospital @ Home service. I am delighted that the staff not only made your mum feel at ease, but also enabled her to voice her opinion in relation to her care. Hospital @ home staff strive everyday to ensure that we deliver person centred care and your comments are greatly appreciated. I will ensure they are shared with the team.

I feel that this service is the way forward to meet the aging population.
