What I liked

As a twenty year old girl, gynaecological problems have made me seriously ill for the past 3 years, however I have been told time and time again that it was just down to my age and it was completely normal. That was until I was referred here - the registrar and then the consultant could not do enough for me, I was examined thoroughly and made to feel at last like somebody was taking me seriously. I was booked in for a laparoscopy, which went ahead with no problems, and after a recovery where the consultant saw me to make sure everything was okay, I finally feel like a 20 year old should. As good as the experience could have been - thank you.
